Peacefully, at the Kingston General Hospital, on Wednesday, September 7, 2016 in his 80th year. Beloved husband to Margaret Cousineau for 51 years. Loving father of Daniel, Sylvie (Chris) and Jean-Marc. Dear brother of Magella, Pauline, Lisa and Benoit. Son of the late Wilfrid and Cecile Dionne. He was a veteran of the Signals Corps of the Canadian Armed Forces. He also drove for Amey`s Taxi for 31 years.
Family and friends will be received at the Gordon F. Tompkins Funeral Home - Township Chapel 435 Davis Drive (Taylor Kidd Blvd. & Centennial Drive) on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 PM.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Blessed Sacrament Parish 3 Briscoe St., Amherstview on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at 12 Noon.
Rite of commital prayers will follow at Ressurection Catholic Cemetery in Glenhaven Memorial Gardens.
For those who wish, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the UHKF-Hotel Dieu Hospital Eye Clinic would be appreciated by the family.
