<div itemprop="description">FORSYTHE, JANICE FAYE (BERRY) <br> <br>Long-time resident of Peterborough Janice Faye Forsythe, born Sept 3rd 1938, Estevan, Saskatchewan, passed away peacefully with family by her side at Kingston General Hospital on Monday, July 4, 2016. Married for 58 years to Lawrence Forsythe, who predeceased her in 2014. Loving mother of Gregory, Gary, Glen (Debbie), and Graham (Jennifer), Jane and the late Gordon. Dearly missed by her grandchildren: Ashley, Amber and Adam, John and Jennifer, Kasaundra, Daniel, Adrianne, Lauren and Maisey, Nathaniel, Christopher, Felecia, Robbie, and Great Grandchildren, Alex, Jordan, Michael, Myia, Xavier and Daniel. Predeceased by her parents Ralph Barry and Faye Barry. Survived by Brother Howard, and Sister Lois, predeceased by sisters Linda, Sylvia and Pat. <br> <br>Active community member with the Children’s Aid Society, Long Time Director for the Canadian Hearing Society in the Peterborough Office, Long Time Volunteer with the Deaf Community. She will be sadly missed many cousins, nieces and nephews and multitudes of foster children supported by her work with Children’s Aid Society. <br> <br>Friends will be received at the GORDON F. TOMPKINS FUNERAL HOME, 435 Davis Dr. (Centennial Dr. and Taylor Kidd Blvd.) on Friday, July 8, 2016 from 1:00 pm until the Funeral Service in our Chapel at 3:00 pm. Cremation will follow. <br> <br>For those wishing, donations to the Canadian Hearing Society would be appreciated by her family. <br></div>
