In his 65th year entered into rest peacefully on Saturday May 7th, 2016 at Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital, in Picton. Beloved husband of the late Mary Snider (2015). Loving father of Chris (Sheila) of Kingston and Dana (Warren) of West Lake. Loving grandfather of David Laughlin and Laik. Beloved brother of Patricia, Caroline (Rick), Robert (Nancy), Mike (Sandy), George, Stephen, Bev (Dan), Kim (Tom), and Barrie. Predeceased by his parents Morris and Beryl, brothers Ron and Larry. David will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to PECMH, and West Lake Terrace for their continuous care and support.
Family and friends will be received at the Gordon F. Tompkins Funeral Home-Township Chapel, 435 Davis Drive on Wednesday May 11th, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the Service in our Chapel at 2:00 p.m. Interment at Glenhaven Memorial Gardens. Followed by a Reception in the Trillium Room of Gordon F. Tompkins Funeral Home. As a celebration of David's life the family has requested for you to wear your Blue and White, for his favourite team the Toronto Maple Leafs.
Memorial donations can be made to the Alzheimer Society and would be appreciated by the family.
