SLACK, DALE CHANT
Peacefully on Saturday April 2 at St. Mary's of the Lake Hospital In Kingston, having being quadriplegic
since a tragic accident nearly 50 years ago. Fourth son of Keneth and Eleanor (both deceased) of Lansdowne Ontario.
Brother to Timothy (deceased), Neil, Joseph, also survived by his sister in-law Cathryn (Timothy), nephews Bradley
and Jeffery and grand-niece Jeanne d'Arc (Catherine Vigneault).
Dale had a happy outlook, great wit and love of learning, he will be dearly missed.
Family and friends will be received at the Gordon F. Tompkins Funeral home - Township Chapel 435 Davis Drive Kingston, Ontario (Taylor Kidd Blvd. & Centennial Drive) on Friday, April 8, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. For those who wish, donations may be made to Spinal Cord Injury Research: Rick Hansen Foundation (for Rick Hansen Institute)
